The learned prosecutor submitted that in this case evidence of one witness Haridas Sadashiv Chandole is recorded in Sessions Case No.2/16 on 24/01/2017 and now the next date is 28/02/2017.

As the trial has begun and recording of evidence has commenced, I am not inclined to entertain this application for bail. However, the learned Trial Judge is hereby directed to proceed u/s 309 of Cr.P.C. as the recording of evidence has started and endeavour to complete the trial on or before 31/08/2017.
