Learned counsel for the CIDCO on instruction states that CIDCO is ready and willing to ear mark one plot to be alloted to the successful party in this petition under scheme of 12.5% subject to the outcome of this petition and subject to the compliance of other conditions prescribed, if any, by CIDCO for

CIDCO shall accordingly ear mark one of the plot for such allotment which shall not be disposed of during the pendency of this petition and for a period of two weeks thereafter.
