By consent of the appellant and the respondent nos. 1 to 6, following order is passed :- (a) Order dated 16th June, 2014 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Pune is set aside and is substituted as under :- The respondent nos. 1 to 6 will not alienate, create any third party rights, encumber and part with possession of the land admeasuring 40R forming part of new survey no. 29/2 as demarcated in the map tendered by the learned counsel for the parties marked in red ink. Map is taken on record and is marked 'X' for identification. This order would be in force during the pendency of the suit bearing Special Civil Suit No.1565 of 2012.

Appeal from Order is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
