This is a petition impugning the judgment and order dated 18th September 2014 in Miscellaneous Appeal No.8 of 2014 in T.D.Suit No. 70 of 2012 passed by the Small Cause Court at Bandra, dismissing the miscellaneous appeal seeking grant of temporary injunction and confirming the rejection thereof by the trial court. 3.
