Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants. The application is opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

The First Appeal is preferred by the Commissioner of Customs of Union of India for challenging the Decree passed by the learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Bombay. The ground set out in the application is that the Applicants were required to get the draft of the Appeal approved from 1/2 CAF-4115-14==.doc

the concerned Department, which consumed a lot of time. Hence, sufficient cause is made out. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
