This petition pertains to the election process of the Respondent-cooperative society for the year 2021. The elections have been taken place. This writ petition was filed on 6 December 2021 and it has remained pending.

As regards other prayers made in this petition are concerned, such as segregation of voters list in respect of active and non-active members, deletion of non-active members from the provisional voters list and preparation of a fresh voters list are concerned, these prayers will have to be understood in the context in which the

Trupti 2 42-wp-1245-2022.doc petition was filed, that is, the election process of the year 2021. Therefore, once the election process is over, we are not inclined to consider these prayers in abstract. If in the next election process, the Petitioner has grievance, it is open to the Petitioner to raise the same at that stage.
