In both these Letter Patent Appeals the issue involved is the same. Both the Appeals raised a challenge to the findings recorded by the learned single Judge, where an Borey 1/2

spb/ 2lpa312-09=313-09.odt unfair labour practice was committed by the employer. It is admitted that it was the case of transfer of undertaking. It is further not in dispute that section 25 FF was followed and it is apparently clear that there is no mistake in the conclusion recorded by the learned single Judge in the orders. No interference is required.

Both the LPAs are dismissed.
