After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The applicant is in custody since 10th December 2015. Having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody for almost four years and also having regard to the age of the victim girl at the relevant time i.e. 4 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited.
