Heard. By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner seeks direction against Respondent No.2 Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, "D" Ward, Mumbai to pass a final order in Appeal No.13/2016. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 31.07.2018 the Appeal No.13/2016 was closed for final order with liberty to file written submission within 3 days. He submits that till today the said Authority has not passed any final order. Hence, the Writ Petition.

The learned AGP, after taking instructions from the concerned officer who is present in court makes a statement that Respondent No.2 Divisional Joint Registrar will pass a final order within three weeks from today. To that effect, he has Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

29.11508.18-wp.doc given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with these directions.

No order as to costs.
