It is the grievance of Petitioner that, though Advocate Ms. Khamkar was appointed by High Court Legal Aid Services Committee to file an Appeal on his behalf, was not filed.

Perusal of record indicates that, grievance of the Petitioner has no substance in it. As a matter of fact, Ms. Khamkar has filed an Appeal bearing Criminal Appeal (Stamp) No.12225 of 2021, i.e. Criminal Appeal No.744 of 2021, in this Court and the same has been admitted on 6th September 2021.

Record further reveals that, subsequently the Petitioner has filed Interim Application No. 1993 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No.744 of 2021 for bail through Advocate Mr.Ashish Satpute and concerned Advocate 1/2

DAE 45-WP-4887-2019.doc has also filed his Vakalatnama for him.

In view of the above, we find no merit in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
