Dusane 2/2 wps4237-4239 Case bearing No. 3012/SS/2002 and 3013/SS/2002. In view of the Consent Terms, respondent no.2 is at liberty to withdraw the amounts deposited by the petitioner in the Sessions Court as well as this court.
