Heard the learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and the learned counsel for respondent No.1-original claimant. 2.

The applicant has ascribed reasons in the application which justify the condonation of delay.

Moreover, since the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon, and this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation, it would be expedient to condone the delay in preferring the appeal.
