Heard the learned counsel for the appellant-insurer and the learned counsel for the applicant-original claimant. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellant-insurer submits that, the applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in terms of the impugned award. By a separate order passed today, this Court has permitted the claimant to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation.

Hence, the application stands allowed.

The execution, operation and implementation of the impugned award dated 3rd November 2014 passed in M.A.C.P. No. 1351 of 2008 stands stayed till the final disposal of the appeal. 5.
