Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of both the parties.
Sknair 905-wp-12380-16.doc Learned counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that in similarly placed matter, this court after hearing the parties, this case also State Government by order dated 9th September, 2014 directed that the said amount to be paid to the Petitioner in terms of the order. Therefore, in view of the restricted prayers and the clear finding given by the Minister as well as by this Court (Coram: Shantanu S. Kemkar & M.S. Karnik, JJ.) dated 5th October, 2016, in Writ Petition No.11503 of 2016-Mr.Hemant Shishikant Chitnis vs. State of Maharashtra along with companion Writ Petition Nos.11505 of 2016, No.11506 of 2016, No.11507 of 2016, No.11508 of 2016 and No.11509 of 2016) for the same reason, we are inclined to allow these petitions on the same terms. 3.
Concerned Respondent is directed to calculate (Exh. A dated 09.09.2014) the amount which is payable to the Petitioner and release the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With above observations, Writ Petitions are allowed. 5.
Rule in all Writ Petitions made absolute accordingly. 6.
There shall be no order as to costs.
