Counsel for the applicants on instructions informs that the applicants shall be depositing an amount of Rs.15,000/- as referred in the FIR with the Investigating Officer. An offence alleged is of 2019.

Admittedly, applicants are the competitor of the complainant as he is running automobile spares industry thereby manufacturing and marketing the very same products as that of complainant.

In response to the Court'

s query, learned APP informs that the complainant has not produced any record of the company to justify his claim in the FIR that in similar type of offence applicant is involved.

Apart from solitary offence as mentioned in the FIR, involvement of applicant in other offence is not justified. In my opinion, custodial interrogation is not warranted. 5.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.159 of 2019 registered with Vasind Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 408 r/w 34 of IPC, applicants are directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicants shall attend Investigating officer from 27th December, 2021 to 30th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed. 7.

As such, application stands disposed of.
