The Interim Application No.3518/2022 is moved for seeking discharge of the Advocate Prithviraj Sanjay Gole. Discharge as prayed is permitted.

As far as prayer for grant of bail in Interim Application No.3448 of 2021 is concerned, similar prayer made by the Applicants vide IA No.270 of 2020 was already not pressed. As such, no fresh grounds are made out in the present Application. Prayer for bail is therefore rejected.

Matter be referred to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai as prayed by the Applicants/Appellants in the aforesaid Applications so as to represent interest of the Applicants/Appellants by appointing Counsel from the Panel of the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai.
