By this petition, the petitioner who is accused no.2 in Case No. 2131/PW/2016 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court, Andheri has prayed for expeditious disposal of Discharge Application which is now posted for hearing on 05th May, 2018.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and having perused the grounds set out in the petition, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court is directed to prepone the date of hearing in Case No.2131/PW/2016 and to dispose of the Discharge Application within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
