This Civil Application is taken out for restoration of the Second Appeal. However, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that by order dated 4th December 2015 passed in Civil Application No.1874 of 2015 in Second Appeal No.418 of 1991, the Second Appeal is already restored.
