The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to raise the objections of statutory period prescribed under section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 for which the enquiry against the Director can be conducted.

He would further seek a liberty to raise an objection before the Enquiry Officer that the Petitioner's role as a Director of the Co-operative Societies, after her appointment as Director can alone be probed by the Enquiry Officer and that no enquiry against her can be conducted in respect of the period prior to her appointment. Reserving the liberty to katkam 1/2
