The Applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with investigation of Crime No.462-2019 of Police Station Kolshewadi, Kalyan under Section 420, 466, 468 r/w. 34 of IPC. Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

The record discloses that by an order dated 27 September 2019, this Court (Revati Mohite Dere,J.) had granted interim protection to the Applicant which is operating till today. 4.

The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present before the Court, states that the investigation is complete and the chargesheet is filed on 8 December 2020. He submits that the Applicant has co-operated in the investigation. He submits that the custody of the Applicant is not required for the purpose of investigation. He therefore submits that the appropriate order may be passed. 5.

In view of the fact that interim protection is operating for about two years and the Applicant has co-operated with the investigation, which is complete and the chargesheet is filed and in view of the specific statement on behalf of the prosecution that the custody of the Applicant is not required, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27 September 2019.
