applicant, however, objects to the recall of the order, which in effect, would permit the counsel for the intervenor to make submissions opposing the bail application. However, since Mr.Jha states that he would address the court only for a maximum period of ten minutes, I am inclined to grant an opportunity to the intervenor to make submissions opposing the grant of bail. Criminal Application No.900 of 2015 is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
