This is an application seeking substituted service upon Respondent no.1 as the notice issued earlier was received back with the remark 'incomplete address returned to sender' and the Applicants could not get complete new address of Respondent no.1, and therefore, are seeking to serve by substituted service. Mr.Thakur, learned Counsel for the Applicants, submits that the Applicants tried to get fresh address of Respondent no.1 at Karjat Taluka in Ahmednagar and other places but despite their best efforts, were unable to obtain the same, and avk 1/2

11-IA-14041-2023.doc therefore, are seeking substituted service by publication in two newspaper - Nagar Times and Samachar, which circulate in the area where the Respondent no.1 was last known to reside. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the application, the application is allowed in terms of Prayer clause (a). 3.

Let the publication be made within a period of four weeks and an appropriate affidavit of service be filed in the Court. 4.

The application stands disposed.
