The learned counsel for the wife informs the Court that the wife has already withdrawn all the proceedings in the Criminal Court, Pune.

The learned counsel for the husband makes statement that he 1 / 2
CAW1527_2014.doc has persuaded the third party Vasundara Dhupe to withdraw the matter against the wife which is pending in the J.M.F.C. Court, Pune. The learned counsel further makes statement that the husband wants to withdraw Civil Application No. 1527 of 2014 and Criminal Application No. 455 of 2015 and hence he seeks permission to withdraw these Applications.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel and the husband, Civil Application No. 1527 of 2014 and Criminal Application No. 455 of 2015 are allowed to be withdrawn. 4.
I am informed by the learned counsel for both the sides that the Family Court has passed the decree of divorce on 10th March, 2017 after converting the said petition into mutual consent petition. All the matters are disposed of due to amicable settlement between both the parties.
