By consent of the parties, the following order is passed: Petition (A) No. 1051 of 2015 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune is transferred to the Family Court, Kolhapur, to be heard along with Petition (A) No. 122 of 2015 filed by the Applicant-wife in the Family Court, Kolhapur against the Respondent-husband. The Learned Judge of the Family Court, Kolhapur shall endeavour to hear both the Petitions and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of this order. The Application is accordingly disposed of.
