DATE : November 28, 2018 The applicants seek permission to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited by the original appellant.

By earlier order dated 27/10/2016 the applicant No.1 was permitted to withdraw 30% of the amount of compensation.

Considering averments made in the present application, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw further 20% of the amount of compensation as deposited without furnishing any security. The remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit. Civil Application is disposed of.
