Keeping option open to the respondent/complainant to move for custody within three months, in the event of arrest in Crime No.595 of 2021 registered with Navghar, Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence.

As such, application stands disposed of.
