This is an application for modification of the condition (iii) regarding attendance provided by this Court while granting bail vide order dated April, 26, 2022. 3.

Learned APP has obtained instructions and submits that in compliance of the condition, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer.

It is further not in dispute that the trial is proceeding and on the dates fixed the applicant has been attending the trial Court, except for one occasion out of nine when the applicant was in some difficulty. In this view of the matter, the condition (iii) of the order dated April 26, 2022 stands modified to the extent that the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called.

Rest of the conditions are kept intact.

The interim application is disposed of.
