The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners are willing to approach the Civil Court in the Suit already filed by them or seek alternate remedy available to them under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 in respect of Survey Report No.4799 of 2021 dated 9 th November, 2021.

However, he submits that the Respondents be directed to maintain status quo in respect of the subject lands for sometime to enable them to take out appropriate proceedings and obtain urgent reliefs. In view thereof, the statement of the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners is accepted. Status quo as of today in respect of the suit property shall be maintained by the parties for a period of one week from today.
