This is an application for intervention in CR No.524 of 2017 registered with Indapur Police Station, Pune. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.1731/2017 is directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the first informant and the learned APP. within the said stipulated period.
