This interim application is filed by the applicant for transposing them as Petitioner in place of earlier landlord (Vasant Bhide). It is the case of the applicant that earlier landlord had filed Civil Revision Application challenging the Appellate Court judgment and decree.

Ms. Tanvi submits that she is appearing for the original applicant/landlord and also now appearing the present applicant who have purchased the suit premises from the Applicant. She Amol D. Nawale

903.ia.1970.2022.doc submits that the new purchaser i.e. applicant herein, have settled the dispute with the tenant as regard the suit premises. Therefore, She has also instructions to withdraw the civil revision application. 3.

Mr. Avhad, appearing for the tenant submits that she does not have any instructions from his client. 4.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of the interim application, a case is made out to allow this interim application in terms of prayer clause (a). The prayer clause (a) is reads as under :

(a) That the Applicants be transposed as Petitioners/Applicants in CRA No.527 of 2007 and be accordingly shown as Applicants/Petitioners and accordingly they may be permitted to amend the Cause Title of the CRA No.527 of 2007 accordingly;

The Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. 5.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The Civil Revision Application No527 of 2007 be listed on 26 February 2024 to come up under the caption of "withdrawal".
