Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, perusal of chargesheet indicates that the statement of Petitioner recorded under Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. is as per her version. That, her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. recorded by the learned Magistrate is also properly recorded. She submitted that, as the Police have now filed charge-sheet, she may be permitted to file an Application under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C., if necessary and required, before the Trial Court.

In view of above, by reserving the said remedy of Petitioner, Petition is disposed off.
