Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant in this application for early hearing of the appeal, in which the appellant is on bail.

Though it is argued that the applicant has good case on merit and he is the sole earning member of the family, the early hearing as prayed cannot be granted in the wake of the judgment Aarti Palkar 1/2

5.APPA.1645.18.doc in the case of Hussain & Anr. Vs. Union of India1 This Court as of now is taking up the appeals for final hearing, in which the appellants have actually undergone sentence of about seven or eight years. Therefore, the prayer for grant of early hearing is rejected.
