Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. Learned Counsel for applicant submits that he is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation with interest accrued thereon within a period of three weeks. He requested to grant stay to the impugned order.

In view of above submission, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 8th May, 2017 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 3 of 2016, subject to condition that the Shridhar Sutar
2 903(1)-caf-1842.18.doc applicant shall deposit entire decretal amount in the M.A.C.T. Palghar within a period of one week from this order, failure to which, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. 3.
Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of in above terms.
