Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks an appropriate direction to the respondent No.1 - the Tahasildar, Kalyan, Dist. Thane, to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 19th August 2019, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the respondent No.1 on 19th August 2019 seeking several reliefs. Till date, neither the hearing has taken place nor has the complaint been decided. 4.

Hence, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's complaint dated 19th August 2019, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such all contentions of all parties are kept open. 7.

Needless to state, that the respondent No.1 shall decide the said complaint, after hearing all the parties.
