Learned AGP upon instructions states that the application dated 29/8/2019 is not traced out in Navghar police station. He also adds that the police protection needs to be sought from S.P. Rural, Thane. If such application is made to that Authority, that application will be processed in accordance with law. 3.

In this situation, we grant petitioners leave to make suitable application to S.P. Rural, Thane within one week from today and nilegaonkar 1/2
