There is a typographical error in paragraph 5, line (i) of the order dated 11th October, 2017, wherein the number of Criminal Application is wrongly typed as "850" instead of "1411". The said error be rectified to read the sentence as " The Criminal Application No.1411 of 2017 is allowed ". So also the appearance of Mr. Nagesh V. Chavan in the order dated 11th October, 2017 be corrected to read as "Nagesh Y. Chavan". Necessary corrections be made in the original order. 2.
