The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to seek execution of the decrees passed in L.C. Suit No.2910 of 2003 and L.C. Suit No.2908 of 2003. The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. If any such application is filed for execution of the decrees, needless to state that the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
