Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 15th June, 2023, this Court had recorded the statement made on behalf of the applicant that she would deposit Rs.3,00,000/- by 26th June, 2023 and 3rd July, 2023 and on the basis of the said statement the application came to be disposed. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not comply with the said statement. However, today, the applicant is in a position to deposit the amount of Rs.8,00,000/-. 1/2

Let the applicant deposit the amount of Rs.8,00,000/- in terms of the order dated 10th May, 2023. The time to make the deposit stands extended till 27th October, 2023. 4.
