Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out immediately. 4.

The petition discloses that the appeal was preferred by the petitioner on 30th July, 2015 for challenging the order dated 22nd July, 2015. It is contended that the appeal is not being taken up by the Appellate Authority.

The learned AGP has no instructions. Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order : 1/2

p-22-wp-10704.2015 (a) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the Appellate Authority on 31st October, 2015 at 3.00 p.m. The Appellate Authority shall hear the Petitioner and decide the prayer for interim relief or the application for interim relief in the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one week from 31st October, 2015. All contentions are kept open. (b) All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.
