Respective Counsel therefore submit that in view of compromise, the criminal proceedings be quashed and set aside. 3.

It appears that dispute pertains to immovable property belonging to complainant. In view of this, we accept joint request and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) in both the matters.
