This is an application seeking extension of time to surrender in accordance with order dated 10th September 2018. While rejecting the application for anticipatory bail, at the request of learned advocate for applicant, the applicant was permitted to surrender before the investigating officer before 1st October 2018. Learned counsel for applicant submits that time be extended by two weeks. Learned APP opposed the prayer for extension on the ground that the application was rejected on merits. However, considering the request made by the advocate for applicant, time to surrender is extended by one week from 1st October 2018. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted by this Court. Criminal Application No.1163 of 2018 is disposed off.
