This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the respondent vide order dated 21/03/2016 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in C.R.No.922/2016 registered at Satara Police Station for offences punishable under sections 376(2), 313, 493, 496, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ms. Nilima Sarvagod, learned counsel for the applicant concedes that the charge sheet has been filed and the respondent has been granted regular bail.
