The writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition since they have status of minority institution having protection under Article 30 of the Constitution of India.

We have gone through the averments in the petition. Nowhere, the petitioner seeks benefits or protection guaranteed to minority institution under Article 30 of the Constitution. However, since the petitioner has obtained such certificate as minority institution subsequent to filing of the writ petition, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition.
