In regard to the grievances, the Petitioner has already submitted an application/representation (Exhibit "CC") dated 3rd October, 2017 before the Lokayukta. The same has been received by the office of the Lokayukta on the very same day. 3.

In the circumstances, with liberty to the Petitioner to peruse the said application/representation before the Lokayukta in regard to the grievances raised in the said application, we dispose of this Petition.
