Learned APP on instructions from the officer present in the Court submitted that vide order dated 2nd May, 2020, the applicant was granted temporary bail by the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, at Borivali, Mumbai for a period of 45 days. Photo copy of the order dated 2nd May, 2020 is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances this application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer application for bail before appropriate Court as and when he surrenders on expiry of temporary bail granted to him.
