DATED : 19th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- Considering the nature of accusation faced in the subject C.R, which has invoked Sections 381 and section 411 of the IPC, and particularly, when the incident is reported after more than a year, let the Investigating Officer issue notice u/s.41-A of Cr.P.C.

On receipt of the notice, let the applicants report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today. They shall render their co-operation to the Investigating Officer in the process of investigation.
