The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent has been held to be eligible for the allotment of a plot. She states that the State Government has to take appropriate decision on the basis of the letter dated 30th November 2011 (Exh.-D) to the petition. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:- : ORDER :

i) We direct the petitioner to produce an authenticated copy of this order along with a true copy of letter at Exh-D to the petition, in the office of the Principal nsk page 1 of 2

21-WP-10790-2012 Secretary of the Housing Department of the State Government;

ii) If the State Government has already taken a decision on the basis of the said communication dated 30th November 2011, the State Government shall communicate the said decision to the 3rd respondent.

iii) If no decision has been yet taken by the communication dated 30th November 2011, State Government shall take appropriate decision within a period of 2 months from the date on which an authenticated copy will be produced by the petitioner. After taking appropriate decision, the same shall be communicated by the State Government to the 3rd respondent;

iv) With the above directions, we dispose of the petition.

v) All concerned to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court.
