After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicants at length, when this Court expressed its disinclination to interfere with the impugned Order dated 17th November 2021 passed below Exh.27 by the Trial Court, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to agitate her contentions before the Trial Court, if so advised and as may be permissible under the provisions of law, at the time of hearing of the said suit filed by the Respondent No.1/Original Plaintiff.
