On 4 October 2016, following order was passed by learned Single Judge (G.S.Kulkarni, J.) - 'After the matter was heard for sometime, Mr.Rajepandhare learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions as to whether considering the peculiar nature of the application before the trial Court and the order passed by the trial Court, the petitioner would still be interested to pursue the present petition and / or pursue the grievances as asserted in this petition at the appropriate time before the trial Court in the pending suit. Stand over for two weeks.' 2.
