By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the order dated 17.10.2014 by which the learned trial Judge overruled the objections raised by the petitioners. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Panickar seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. On the motion made by Mr. Panickar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
